Below are several key reminders and upcoming deadlines that require your attention:
⏱️ Key Dates & Deadlines
Rating Certificates
- June 9: Rating certificates must be available for download by the Organizing Authority
- June 16: Deadline for rating changes
Sailing Instructions
- Will be released early next week
- A separate alert from YachtScoring will be sent once available
Wristbands & Drink Tickets
- Presales end June 13 so we can include them in your skipper bags for pick-up on June 22.
- Onsite sales of Wristbands will cost $100
Crew Lists & Waivers
- June 16: Final day to complete crew lists and waivers, including World Sailing Sailor IDs and Sailor Group Classifications
🔗 Get or verify a Sailor Classification - Reminder on Group 3 Crew Limitations (per NOR 3.7)
- Performance Cruising & Double-Handed: Max 1 Group 3 sailor
- ORC, PHRF & Multihull
- Fewer than 7 crew: Max 1
- 7–10 crew: Max 2
- 11–15 crew: Max 3
- 16+ crew: Max 4
- ORC Open Class(es): No Group 3 limitations
Youth Challenge Cup
- June 18 is the last day to register for consideration in the YRA-LIS Youth Challenge Cup, if 25% of your crew is under 18, review the Qualification Requirements, then email [email protected] to be entered.

If you’ve participated in 5 or more Storm Trysail Club Block Island Race Weeks (or 2025 will be your 5th), you're eligible to join the North Light Society!
