I do, for myself and for my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, hereby forever release and discharge the Storm Trysail Club, Storm Trysail Foundation, Larchmont Yacht Club, owners of boats participating in this Regatta or their representatives, and each of their respective boards of governors, subcommittees, officers, members, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, underwriters and insurers (the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, extents, executions, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, including, but not limited to, claims based on the negligence of the Released Parties and claims for bodily and personal injuries, accidents, illnesses, and deaths, and claims for any and all loss or damage to personal property, which I or any of them may ever have against the Released Parties arising out of my participation in the Regatta and its related activities.
