Junior Overnight Race

Build up your future crew resources
Make your boat available to junior sailors
For yachts 26 to 55 feet LOA crewed at least 70% by Junior sailors age 13-20

Each entry must have at least one Owner’s Representative who is an experienced offshore sailor over the age of 25.

Every junior crew member must attend a Junior Safety at Sea Seminar presented by the Storm Trysail Foundation
and NESS in Stonington July 29, 2016, or a similar seminar in Newport, Larchmont, Annapolis, or another location. See www.StormTrysailFoundation.org for locations and dates of Junior Safety at Sea Seminars.

The course will be 60 to 100 miles in Block Island Sound or Long Island Sound with start and finish near Sea Flower Reef.

Entry fee $100. Registration deadline is Thursday, August 4, 2016

There will be a skippers meeting at 1500 Friday August 5, 2016 at FIYC
Prize awards at 1700 Sunday August 7, 2016
