Currently responsible for training mostly inexperienced team members in preparation for offshore sailing and racing including development of teamwork and leadership competence. Certified US Sailing instructor trainer, 15 years experience as sailing school owner-operator. 40+ years of inshore and offshore racing and cruising experience aboard mono and multihulls 16 and 70 feet.
