Storm Trysail Club's Intercollegiate Offshore Regatta was sailed over Columbus Day weekend at Larchmont Yacht Club on western Long Island Sound. This year the regatta featured 32 teams from 24 schools divided up into four classes, of which two were strict offshore one-designs and two were level rated.

The borrowed boats that were used had the owner or his representative on board. The following schools competed this year.
